Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at thesharkpuppet@gmail.com to arrange a return. We will send you a return form, as well as a return shipping address.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 days of arrival. Please provide a photo of the damaged item so we can confirm, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  

Please kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise, they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund or store credit.

Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives.
